WHAT IS TEAPARDY.com?
TeaPardy.com is a provider of conservative content to individuals, websites, bloggers, media and organizations. Dan Youra's editorial cartoons, Utoons, are syndicated to web publishers and newspapers. TeaPardy.com distributes images, graphics and Dan Youra's Utoons on timely topics for viewing, download and purchase. Individuals download patriotic documents and purchase banners and books.
PARDY" versus PARTY
"Pardy versus Party" is more than a word game, more than slang, more than the substitution as a phonetical colloquialism (pardy) for "party".
Party and pardy are two very different words with their unique etymologies. Each offers a contribution to the current political polemic.
The word Pardy is an interjection, an exclamation. It is defined as indeed or verily, or truer to its origin as "by God!". Sometimes spelled pardi or pardie, it derives from Middle English pardi from French pardieu and originally from Latin per Deum.
"Per Deum!." Its original use implied an oath, an invocation of divinity to add commitment to a statement or an action, as in, "By God, I'll do that!" or "By God, you can count on me!"
In partnering with Tea and tea's implied meanings of freedom, small government and free enterprise, Pardy is the recognition of truth (indeed, verily) in an exclamatory commitment. An oath, by God!

WHO IS DAN YOURA?
Dan Youra is a seasoned citizen, who has spent his life living the independent dream, guided by conservative principles. Publisher of travel guides and maps, Dan has been an active member of his local Republican Party. After completing his graduate studies at Ohio State University, Dan moved to Washington State to take a job in the administration of Dan Evans, Republican Governor of Washington State, where he served on the Council of Higher Education and the Washington State Library.
